Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of our personal care products, soap products cannot be returned.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
After reviewing your request, we'll determine the best solution. Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or a refund.
Refunds
Once an approved request has been received, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective product.
